WAX BURNER WORKSHOP: 02/03/26

Was Burner Workshop at The Contemporary!

Join us at Blend at The Contemporary for a hands-on pottery workshop with Heather, the owner of Hallo Ceramics, where you’ll craft your very own Wax Melt Burner from clay!

Under Heather’s guidance, you’ll start a ball of clay and begin to build your wax burner shape. You can use your tools to cut shapes from the walls of your Wax Burner for your candle light to shine through! You can also use your spare clay to add 3D details to your burner. Finally, you’ll paint your masterpiece with underglaze colours to add those finishing touches! 🎨

This workshop is perfect for unleashing your creativity in a relaxed, friendly setting. No prior pottery experience is needed—just come ready to play with clay! All materials and tools are provided, and Heather will support you every step of the way. After the session, your piece will be professionally fired and glazed before being returned to you, ready to display (and cherish) forever!
