OUR MUCKY MONTHLY EVENT

Our Pots and Pints sessions make clay fun and accessible in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. No experience needed—just come, create, and enjoy games, surprises, and a free drink! You’ll get step-by-step guidance, and at the end, you can have your pieces professionally fired and glazed for a small fee. Bring your friends, family, or come solo—everyone’s welcome, and you’ll leave with new muddy pals!

Pots and Pints is ran with my joint business 'The Kilnhouse Nottingham', which I run with my best friend of 16+ years, who is also an amazing ceramict!

  • HANGING PLANTERS - ROUGH TRADE NOTTINGHAM

    23/02 - DOORS: 1PM, START: 1:30PM, END: 4:30PM

    Join Heather and Emma on Sunday Feb 23rd at Rough Trade Nottingham for an afternoon of making Hanging Planters! After grabbing your free drink and settling down for the afternoon, we'll kick things off with a silly game to get you introduced to the clay and your new table friends! There will be games and prizes throughout the event and guidance to help you create your desired Hanging Planter design! 


    A hanging planter is a hand-built plant pot that will have little holes along the rim for you to add rope for your planter and plant to hang.

  •  BODY POTS & INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY SPECIAL! - ROUGH TRADE NOTTINGHAM

    06/03 - DOORS: 6PM, START: 6:30PM, END: 9:30PM

    Join Heather and Emma on Thursday March 6th at Rough Trade Nottingham for an evening of making Body Pots! Celebrate this important day with us where we'll be highlighting all the beautiful versions of the female form in our welcoming safe space, where difference is valued and celebrated. 🧡


    After grabbing your free drink and settling down for the evening, we'll kick things off with a silly game to get you introduced to the clay and your new table friends! There will be games and prizes throughout the evening and guidance to help you create your desired Body Pot design! Once your Body Pot is fired and complete, you will be able to place buds inside!

  •  CREATURE CANDLE HOLDERS! - ROUGH TRADE NOTTINGHAM

    16/03 - DOORS: 1PM, START: 1:30PM, END: 4:30PM

    Join Heather and Emma on Sunday March 16th at Rough Trade Nottingham for an afternoon of making Creature Candle Holders! After grabbing your free drink and settling down for the afternoon, we'll kick things off with a silly game to get you introduced to the clay and your new table friends! There will be games and prizes throughout the afternoon and guidance to help you create your desired Candle Holder design! 

    These candle holders shall be inspired by creatures; whether that is your pet, a fantasy creature or something you make up on the night, the choice is up to you! Each will then have a space to fit a tea light or dinner candle!
