🎄 Christmas Decorations Workshop at The Watered Garden!

Get into the festive spirit with an evening of pottery, creativity and Christmas cheer! Join us at The Watered Garden for a hands-on pottery workshop with Heather, owner of Hallo Ceramics, where you'll create your very own set of up to 6 handmade ceramic Christmas decorations from clay.

Using fresh clay, Heather will guide you through making your decorations completely by hand. You'll have the chance to create a mix of different shapes and designs, from festive baubles and stars to trees, snowflakes, stockings, gingerbread people, candy canes and more. Embrace the wonderfully wonky nature of hand-building as you shape, texture and decorate each piece, before adding colourful underglazes to make your set completely unique to you. 🎄

Whether you're a number 1 Christmas fan or simply fancy a cosy evening of getting creative, this workshop is the perfect way to kick off the festive season. It's completely beginner-friendly, so no pottery experience is needed — just come ready to get your hands muddy! All tools, materials, and tuition are included, and Heather will be there to guide you through every step of the process.

Once your decorations are finished, they'll be professionally dried, glazed and kiln-fired before being returned to the venue for collection. You'll leave with a set of 6 completely unique handmade decorations, ready to hang on your Christmas tree for years to come!

⏰ Time: 6:00 – 8pm
ℹ️ Ground floor access with no toilets on site.

Things to Know

• No physical ticket required — we’ll check you in on arrival.

• Please arrive on time so you don’t miss the demonstration.

• Drinks & snacks can be brought along with you!

• Ages 18+ only.

• Shorter nails preferred but not essential.

Cancellations

If you can’t make it, let us know as soon as possible so we can refill your spot.

• Cancellations up to 5 days before: £15 fee retained (not including workshop day)

• No refunds within 3 days of the workshop (not including workshop day)
