MATCHA BOWL WORKSHOP: 05/02/25

Book your tickets for our Match Bowl Workshop hosted at Nottingham's Bird & Blend Tea Co.! 🍵

In this session, Heather, the owner of HALLO Ceramics, will be guiding you through how to create your very own ceramic Matcha Bowl starting from just a ball of clay! The workshop will start with a demonstration with detailed explanations of each step, then you will proceed to create your very own bowl! Using the specialist tools and glazes available, you will bring your bowl alive by adding extra details and using the available colours to adorn your bowl with patterns and shapes. 

This session starts at 6pm. There will be a Matcha demonstration from one of the store staff and then we shall proceed to make our bowls! A free drink will also be included in your tickets, including tea, matcha and iced tea too!

This is your time and space to indulge into your creative side, learn a few skills and make a few friends along the way. This session will be a small and intimate collection of like-minded people. No previous pottery experience is required, all of your tools and materials are provided and Heather will be on hand throughout to assist you through your make. After the session, your pots will then be taken home and professionally fired and glazed in Heather's kiln and then returned back to you to cherish forever. 😊

The small print:

No physical ticket is provided, ticket holders shall be recorded after purchase and confirmed on arrival. Please arrive on time to ensure the demonstration is not missed. I advise to avoid your Sunday best as we will be getting muddy, or feel free to bring an apron. These workshops are for 18+. 

Cancellations: If you are no longer able to attend the workshop please let me know as soon as possible so I can try and refill the spots. A fee of £15 will be kept for cancellations occurring 5 days in advance of the event occurring and I’ll be unable to process any refunds within 3 days of the event occurring.
